Lightbearer в политике позволено все на что хватает экономической и военной мощи, есть страны у которых эта мощь в наличии и с ними считаются, есть страны у которых лишь видимость таковой и их будут пинать до тех пор пока они либо не развалятся, либо наконец не начнут что то делать для наращивания своей мощи.
